1. Return and Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are not supported in the following situations:

    • Any request that exceeds the return period.

3. Refund method

4. Shipping fee description

  • Product has quality problems: We bear the return shipping costs.
  • Returns without quality problems (such as personal reasons): The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
  • Exchange service: If you need to exchange the product, you may need to pay additional shipping fees.

5. Order cancellation

  • Order not shipped: You can apply for cancellation at any time and get a full refund.
  • Order shipped: Order cannot be cancelled, you can apply for a return after receiving the goods.

6. Damaged or wrong goods

  • If the goods you received are defective, damaged or not as ordered, please contact customer service within **14 days** and provide photos or videos as evidence.
  • We will provide replacement or full refund after confirmation.
