1. Return and Refund Conditions

- Refunds are not supported in the following situations:

- Any request that exceeds the return period.
- Problems caused by human damage or misuse.
3. Refund method

- The specific arrival time depends on your payment bank or payment platform, which generally takes 5-7 working days.
4. Shipping fee description
- Product has quality problems: We bear the return shipping costs.
- Returns without quality problems (such as personal reasons): The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
- Exchange service: If you need to exchange the product, you may need to pay additional shipping fees.
5. Order cancellation
- Order not shipped: You can apply for cancellation at any time and get a full refund.
- Order shipped: Order cannot be cancelled, you can apply for a return after receiving the goods.
6. Damaged or wrong goods
- If the goods you received are defective, damaged or not as ordered, please contact customer service within **14 days** and provide photos or videos as evidence.
- We will provide replacement or full refund after confirmation.
