“We allowed for family issues to pass over the winter. Paul was suppose to donors work for us on already discussed projects.I’ve tried contacting him more than 10 times since mid March on follow up on suggested projects. Spoke to him on because he says he doesn’t look at his e- mails too often. Tried calling him over 10Times… straight to voice mail. Left 10 messages on voice mail. As of this Friday if no response, have no choice but to look for another contractor since summer pool season is almost here and I’ve been trying since mid March to see his schedule in fitting us in which doesn’t look positive at this time. Too bad.”

“The fence was built well except for two spots which I documented. The quote was fine and the employees were helpful. The onsite workers were very professional and they did a fine job (except those two spots on the fence, which I accepted)But, before I accepted the quote, I added 10 feet of fencing to get a bit further out from the original quote. On the day of the installation, the workers remeasured and the back section where the fence was increased by 10 feet was off by 19 feet. Then a section of the house with a step hill required the workers to divert the fence a bit more adding about 7 feet. The other side of the house was off by 2 feet - totaling 28 feet. I was given a change order that included the material cost (which is fine) but also had an extra $250 fee for the change order.This was not a change order - this was meeting the agreed upon layout and I even went as far as preemptively adding 10 feet to the project agreement. I sent an email and called. I spoke with the office, but after getting the run around - I just bit my tongue and hung up.I would not use Superior Fence again and would not recommend them to friends or family. This was just not a good way of doing business. I fed the employees, accepted two mistakes, and I get hit with an extra $250. I learned it doesn't pay to be nice sometimes and Superior Fence will nickel and dime you at the end when everything is done and you have no other recourse.”

“Shoddy work, scope change that increased costs and no response after being notified fence they installed needed repaired after 90 fays”

“Stay away!!! They subcontracted the work and had to come out and fix several sections that was done poorly. Their own employees apologized at what a bad job. Except when they repaired it…. More problems started from the improper hung repair to putting in a gate post without concrete. Their response after numerous repair requests is well if you pay for it we will fix it.”

“I do NOT recommend this company. They do not stand behind their work. If they do a poor job and u have issues, they will require you pay more before they will “ make sure the job is done correctly” ( that’s a statement from a manager) . Spend your hard earned money on a company with integrity.”

“The worst experiance. They originally told me they do not do the type of fence I wanted. Then called me back and said it was a mistake they did. Set an appointment at 9:00:AM. Then called and said 45 minutes late. Then said another 30 minutes. After 90 minutes late they said they could reschedule this afternoon. This is the service you can expect”

“The service I received was outstanding! We recently had a fence installed and it came out better than expected! I finally have my "white picket (vinyl) fence!" Home sweet home! Chase and Bryar made the experience even better! Very kind and funny! You guys rock! Thank you!”

“They didn't do a good job building my fence in 2020. I noticed from the beginning my gates had to be lifted up in order to open them. I didn't really realize how bad of a job they did until Hurricane Ian forced me to have it repaired. I called Superior first. They said if they put up the fence they would not do a repair on it, they would only rebuild the entire fence, that made no sense to me. That is bad customer servie. I called someone who had a lot of experience building fences, he was shocked by the crappy job Superior Fence & rail did. He said the posts weren't even cemented all the way around them and the fence was uneven. Once he finished the job I noticed how much better it looked and now I can open the gates without having to push up on them. Don't hire this company, they don't do a good job.”

“I was hired by Superior Fence and Rail Polk Co. Went on a few leads with the owners son. Tuesday the last day I rode with him, I was told that he would send me the link for pricing and some houses to draw up and price. I called him on Wednesday and Thursday it went straight to voicemail mail. Texted and called the office. I never received a call back. You would think that just out of courtesy they would tell you that it wasn't going to work. Oh, that would be the professional thing to do. I called the owner with no response. If they treat potential employees like this what would they do with a fence.”

“Friendly workers. The fence was put up quickly and we were told that if we had any problems that we should call. Within a week the boards were warping. Even our neighbors mentioned i to us. My wife called them and sent emails with pictures. Two boards even split and fell off. Two months later after numerous attempts to contact them, we have been ignored. We are heartbroken that we spent our money on a prefab fence and the company will not respond with a solution.”

“The crew damaged my car witnessed by a security ring camera. The crew chose to park by the car despite a whole yard to park in for the work. The crew refused to give their contact information when ask before leaving the job site. The company refused to compensate for the damage or give the crew's information. The company's answer for the request for compensation was in my opinion not professional in language or tone. The damage was about $2000. I highly recommend you do not use this company.”

“My new gate does not work, no matter how many times i call i am either ignored or told that someone has to come from Jacksonville to repair it and they will not send anyone or respond to me. it does not open or close properly and the local people who installed the gate were not from Jacksonville. Terrible experience.”

“I signed a contract and paid a 50% deposit, yet now they won’t return my calls. They seemed nice and professional. They had done work in my neighborhood. The salesman said about 2 weeks for installation, the contract said 4, but now at 6 weeks out they won’t call back with an install date. I need to coordinate with neighbors! I need them to fulfill the contract and actually start the job!”
